Weapons Offenses
Defense of Weapons Charges
Oakland County, Michigan ∙ Detroit Metro
The state of Michigan has serious penalties for weapons charges, and prosecutors take these cases very seriously, especially in cities where violent crime rates are high.
If you are arrested on any kind of weapons charge, or if you are accused of using a weapon to commit another crime, you should consult an experienced criminal defense lawyer as soon as possible.
When a gun or other deadly weapon gets added to the mix in a criminal case, it ups the ante considerably.
